THE SPA RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

WE ENCOURAGE OUR GUESTS TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE YOUR PREFERRED TREATMENT(S) AND TIME IS AVAILABLE. BOOKINGS THE DAY OF SERVICE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. ONLINE BOOKING AVAILABLE ONLY 48 HOURS FROM TIME OF BOOKING OR LATER DATE(SYSTEM WILL SHOW TIME UNAVAILABLE THE SPA AT PINE MOUNTAIN IS LOCATED AT 3356 PINE PEAK WAY SEVIERVILLE TN 37862(JUST 1.5 MILES FROM 441 PARKWAY OFF LIGHT #6 PIGEON FORGE), PLEASE CALL TO BOOK PARTIES OF 3 OR MORE, OR IMMEDIATE BOOKINGS. IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT  YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

IN ORDER TO BE SCHEDULED, ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SECURED WITH AN ACTIVE GIFT CERTIFICATE OR CREDIT CARD(WHICH WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS THE CLIENT REQUEST THEIR SERVICES BE PRE-PAID ALTHOUGH CARD WILL BE CHARGED FULL RESERVATION AMOUNT IF 15 MINUTES LATE FOR APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO YOUR LATE ARRIVAL.  IF USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE SPA OR THE CLIENT IS A WALK IN, A CREDIT CARD IS NOT REQUIRED.

SOME SALON SERVICES, SPA PARTY BOOKINGS, AND HOLIDAY BOOKINGS REQUIRE PARTIAL TO FULL PAYMENT TO BOOK THE APPOINTMENT.

THE SPA REQUIRED CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING NOTICE PERIODS: THERE IS A TIME REQUIREMENT OF 48 HOURS(5 DAYS FOR HOLIDAYS OR PARTIES OR 4 OR MORE BOOKING). FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ANY SERVICES. BECAUSE YOUR SERVICES ARE GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS RESERVED FOR YOU, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF ALL BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED VIA CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION IS REQUIRED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

YOUR TOTAL ENJOYMENT OF YOUR SERVICES IS OUR PRIMARY GOAL. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ANY CONCERNS DURING A SERVICE TO THE TECHNICIANS IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN ADDRESS IT AT THAT TIME. IF THE SPA IS NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO CURE SAID CONCERN BEFORE YOU EXIT THE SPA, NOTHING CAN BE DONE(NO DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS). THE SPA REQUESTS ANY VALUABLES BE KEPT IN A SAFE PLACE(PREFERABLY NOT AT THE SPA), AND IT IS AGREED THE SPA WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOST VALUABLES. WE INVITE ALL TRUE REVIEWS OF OUR SPA, UNTRUE REVIEWS SHALL BE REFERRED TO OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER ACTION(SEE REVIEW POLICIES).

*Spa Credit Via Gift Certificates May be issued, in emergency medical/special circumstances once charged complete service amount. Final decision will be made by corporate office.
